Exhibitors & Vendors

In front of riders, not foot traffic

This isn't a trade show and it isn't a corporate expo. All stands sit together in a single vendor village between the marquees, the Demonstration Arena, and the camping blocks — riders pass through it to get from their tent to the stage, the bar, the demos. There's no back row nobody visits.

Register your interest below and we'll send through the full Vendor & Exhibitor Pack — stand sizes and pricing, the food vendor lineup, and the site layout. This is a first step, not a binding commitment; we'll follow up directly to confirm position, size, and power.
